Where can I purchase Brothers merchandise?

Currently ships to all 50 United States, all Canadian provinces, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally Brothers merchandise is now available in select U.S. Justice stores.

Can I return a Brothers item to a Justice retail store?

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective Justice or Brothers merchandise at any of our stores in the United States within 90 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made, except where the original purchase was made online using PayPal. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with the invoice will be issued a merchandise credit certificate for the purchase price. Without an original sales receipt/invoice, we will extend a merchandise credit certificate for the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

We reserve the right to verify original purchase and to ask for identification for returns made without a receipt. Gift receipts and exchange receipts may only be used to receive a merchandise credit certificate or merchandise exchange for the price indicated on the receipt.

A 10-day waiting period is required before customers having purchased by check will be given a refund. Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise. In the event of a return or exchange, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.

How can I return Brothers merchandise that was purchased from the website?

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased through our website may be returned to stores under the Returns and Exchanges Policy above or may be returned by mail within 90 days of the original purchase date to the Return Center listed below. Please follow the instructions on the invoice. Refunds on returns to the Return Center will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

Address labels are provided. If you choose not to use the label provided or are ineligible for our free returns offer, you must prepay postage at the point of return. We cannot accept COD packages. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.

When can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order.

You can also check the status of any order placed online within the last 30 days. Any tracking information will not be provided until after midnight ET on the day your package ships. You can track your order by going to Order Status and providing your order number.

Where can I find my order status?

The status of your order is easy to find:

  • Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. Click on order status at the top. You may access your order status 24 hours a day and view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

Brothers Gift cards and eGift cards can be used online and at U.S. or Canadian Justice or Brothers stores regardless of where they were purchased, subject to the application of exchange rates where applicable.
