How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order with the link provided in the email. You can also check the status of any order placed online within the last 30 days. Any tracking information will not be provided until after midnight ET on the day your package ships. You can track your order by going to Order Status and providing your order number.

Where can I find my order status?

The status of your order is easy to find:

  • Check your email. You will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
  • Visit the website. Click on Order Status at the top. You may access your order status 24 hours a day and view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.
  • Contact us. Please contact customer service at info@tweenbrands.com or at 1-866-246-5822 if you have questions.

Will Justice and Brothers ship anywhere?

Currently shopjustice.com and shopbrothers.com ship to all 50 United States, all Canadian provinces, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. shopjustice.com and shopbrothers.com also ship internationally.

What are your shipping & handling rates?

Our rates vary by shipping destination and merchandise subtotal and can be seen at Shipping and Handling Rates.

What are my payment options?

Web and phone orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and the Justice Credit Card. We also accept Justice Gift Cards, Brothers Gift Cards and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. PayPal may only be used for online purchases.

Can I place an order by Mail?

We no longer provide forms to place orders by mail. Please contact the call center to place your order if you will be mailing a payment.

Can I return or exchange my merchandise?

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective Brothers or Justice merchandise at any of our stores in the United States or Puerto Rico within 90 days of the original purchase date. When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made, except where the original purchase was made online using PayPal. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with the invoice will be issued a merchandise credit certificate for the purchase price. Without an original sales receipt/invoice, we will extend a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

We reserve the right to verify original purchase and to ask for identification for returns made without a receipt. Gift receipts and exchange receipts may only be used to receive a merchandise credit certificate or merchandise exchange for the price indicated on the receipt.

A 10-day waiting period is required before customers having purchased by check will be given a refund. Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise. In the event of a return or exchange, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. Refer to the Return and Exchange Policy section for further details.

There are three options to return your web or catalog purchase:

Option 1: Easy Free Returns using the pre-addressed label

Justice and Brothers offer one free return label for each online order. Simply affix the Return Label on the front of the invoice to the package and send via U.S. Postal Service. Please remove any previous labels or tape from the original package. The return label cannot be used for returns from AK, HI or outside the United States. The free return label is not valid on purchases made in Justice and Brothers stores.

Option 2: Return to a store near you

You may return Justice and Brothers items purchased from the catalog or website at any Justice or Justice and Brothers store in the Unites States or Puerto Rico. Be sure to take your invoice with you.

Option 3: Return by mail on your own

You must prepay postage at the point of return. We cannot accept cash on delivery packages. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.

How can I become a Justice or Brothers model?

Justice and Brothers do not currently have their own models. Depending on the photography requirements, we usually use modeling and talent agencies that represent young people. Justice and Brothers do not offer agency referrals. You may want to contact such an agency in your local area to see what is involved in becoming a model.
