When you are shopping on
www.shopjustice.com and find items that you want to save but
not purchase immediately, add them to your Wish List. You can save these items for
later by signing in or creating an account with an email address and password. Your
Wish List can serve as a way to save items even after you leave our site, making it easy
to relocate and purchase your favorite items later.
Options in the Wish List:
- Add an item to your Shopping Bag. When you are ready to purchase an item from your
Wish List, simply click on "add to bag." Doing this will move the item into your Shopping
Bag, and from there you can proceed through our secure Checkout.
- Continue shopping. If you wish to continue shopping on
www.shopjustice.com after you
view your Wish List, click on "continue shopping."
- Print or email your Wish List: You don’t have to log in to print or email your Wish
List however; it will not be retained if you are not.
Backordered items are temporarily out of stock. Any items that are in stock, will ship at
the time the order is placed. Any backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery
at no additional shipping & handling charge when they become available. Please note that
you will not be charged for any backordered items until they ship.

How to find the best fit for you. So many girls, so many sizes! Our size charts and
measuring tips will help you order the correct size for your favorite tween. You’ll
need a measuring tape on hand to take your measurements.
- A few easy-to–take measurements and our easy to follow size chart will enable you
to find the size that’s right for you. Measure your chest, waist, hips and inseam.
Record your weight and height. Find the combination of measurement that best fits your
size. Don’t worry if you can’t find all of your specific measurements in the size
chart. Just try to find the size that fits most of your measurements.
How to Measure your chest, waist, hips and inseam.
- Chest—Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over at the
fullest part of your chest.
- Waist—Measure around your waistline at the level where you normally wear your
pants.
- Hips—Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your
hips.
- Inseam—Take your best fitting pants and measure down the inside of the leg. The
number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is the inseam length.

Personal Check Guidelines in Justice Stores:
- Justice will gladly accept personal checks pre-printed with your name, address and account number. A photo or military identification is required for verification.
- Your current address and daytime phone number may be requested for verification. Justice reserves the right to verify funds with your bank and can refuse any check not meeting our check acceptance policy.
- Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges.
- When returning items purchased by personal check, there is a 10-day waiting period before cash can be refunded.
Sales tax is currently collected on ALL purchases made in a Justice retail store,
through a Justice catazine or through the Justice website with the exception of the
following. "Non-essentials" (as noted in the exceptions below) refer to jewelry,
accessories, room stuff, cosmetics and toiletry items offered by Justice.
- Justice currently does NOT have retail stores in the following states: Alaska,
District of Columbia, Hawaii, Montana, and Wyoming. Therefore, catazine purchases
that are shipped to these states are considered "non-taxable".

The following states do not currently have a sales tax on clothing and non-essentials
offered by Justice: Delaware, New Hampshire, Montana, Alaska and Oregon. Hence, there
is no sales tax applied to retail purchases made in these states or on catazine orders
shipped to these states.

Not all counties in New York exempt clothing; therefore depending on the ship to
location, we may still be required to collect county sales tax because we have a
physical store location.

The following states exempt sales tax on clothing and footwear purchased in Justice
retail stores or on orders shipped to these states: Massachusetts, Minnesota, New
Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Vermont.

Not all counties in New York exempt clothing; therefore depending on the ship to
location, we may still be required to collect county sales tax because we have a
physical store location.

Clothing items purchased in Massachusetts must have a unit retail price less than $175
to be tax exempt. Connecticut-purchased items must be less than $50 per unit and items
purchased in (or shipped to) New York and Vermont must have a unit retail price less
than $110 to be tax exempt. There is no dollar limit to the exemption in Vermont.
Technically Massachusetts' exemption is for a unit retail price of $175.00 or less.
