First a big thank you to you. The past several weeks have tested all of us unlike anything we've ever experienced, but this Justice community has proved that we are even stronger when we stand together. Thanks for your loyalty. Thanks for supporting us!
We can't wait to see you again in our stores – we sure have missed you!  But we realize that things have changed for all of us. We need to do things differently. We want to show up for you in our stores and be ready when you are but it's important we move forward cautiously and mindfully.

More than anything we want you to feel comfortable when you're shopping with us. So, we're taking extra measures to help make your experience with us healthier and safer.

As stores reopen, we'll continually explore ways to enhance your shopping experience. We'll also be making updates such as altered hours of operation, limiting the number of people in the store at one time, Plexiglass shields installed at checkout counters, paused ear piercing services, a modified fitting room experience and Contactless Curbside Pickup for online orders for more safety.

We won't reopen stores all at once.
We'll be taking it slow. Reopening when allowed by state governments and as we can fully support the safety guidelines of our local communities, creating a safer store environment for everyone.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
1. Order on shopjustice.com
and select Curbside Pickup* during checkout.
2. Wait for email confirmation
that your order is ready, now head to the store. Please bring your Curbside Pickup Order is Ready notification email to show the store associate through your car window.
3. Let us know when you arrive
Call the store's phone number. An associate will bring out your order and place it in your trunk.

We're offering contactless Curbside Pickup for online orders at select stores, as local regulations allow. Contactless Curbside Pickup is available Noon – 5pm, Sunday – Saturday. To place an order for pickup, look for the Curbside Pickup option. We'll notify you once your order is ready for pickup at the store—and when you arrive, we'll bring your items directly to the trunk of your car. Please bring your Curbside Pickup Order is Ready notification email to show the store associate through your car window.
Select "Curbside Pickup" when you place your order online, and we'll send an email when your order is ready for pickup. Once you get to the location, call the store phone number to let us know you've arrived. Our associate will ask for your order information and the make, model and color of your car. To help keep you and our associates safer, we ask that any questions or concerns with your order be handled over the phone. Please be sure to pick up your items within five days of receiving your Curbside Pickup Order is Ready notification email or your order will be canceled.

If you place an order online outside of the select store's reduced business hours of Noon – 5pm, Sunday – Saturday, the store will begin to prepare your item(s) for curbside pickup on the next business day.

Merchandise inventory varies from one store to another, so some items may be available at a certain store and some may not. Sizes, styles and colors change frequently so check back often.
