Read below for our normal in-store pickup FAQs, which will be relevant when our stores fully re-open.
Some items in our online store are available for pickup in a Justice store within a day of you placing your order! It’s free, and there are no shipping costs! If an item is available for in-store pickup, you will see a “pick up in store” button on the product page.
Buying online and picking up in store is simple:
1. Choose your item(s) on ShopJustice.com
2. Select “pick up in store” and pick a store near you (U.S. stores only)
3. When your order is ready at the store, we’ll send you an email (and a text, if you sign up for our text updates!) notifying you
4. Pick up your order at the store for free. Just ask any Justice store associate to locate your order.
Important: Make sure you have your government-issued I.D. with you when you pick up your items in-store. The name on your government-issued I.D. must match the name on the order.
If you order more than one item for in-store pick up, you may receive multiple “Ready for Pick Up” emails/SMS, as each item may become available at different times.
You have 7 days to pick up your order from the time your “Ready for Pick Up” email is sent by Justice. If you wait more than 7 days, your in-store pickup items will be canceled and the hold on your credit card will be removed. You will not have been charged for the items until you successfully pick up your items in-store.
Note: The email you'll receive post-purchase will say you have five days to pick up your order. This is incorrect and is being fixed.
If you need to inquire about making changes to your pick up time, please contact your Justice store.
If you place an order online outside of business hours, the store will begin to prepare your item(s) on the next business day. As soon as it's ready to be picked up, we'll send you a "Ready for Pick Up" email. Please wait until you receive the email before going to the store to pick up your order.
Only stores that have the item available within (or near) the zip code you entered will appear. Exclusions apply, and there’s no guarantee that every store will have every item you want. In-store pick up is only available at Justice stores in the United States.
We’re continuously adding stores to our eligible in-store pick up locations, so if your local Justice store isn’t available yet, check back again soon!
When your order is placed, an authorization “hold” will be placed on your payment type/credit card/debit card. You won’t be able to change your payment tender once your order is placed online.
Your payment type will be charged when your item(s) are shipped to you or shipped to a store, or when you pick up your item(s) in-store, whichever comes last.
Note: If you use an e-gift card to pay for part of your order, you will not be able to use Visa Checkout or Apple Pay to pay for the remainder of the order. If you combine an e-gift card with Visa Checkout or Apple Pay, your order will be canceled after purchase.
Orders being picked up in a store will reflect the pricing at the time the order is placed online. The total you see online in checkout is your final order total. There are no shipping costs associated with in-store pickup orders.
Your order begins to process as soon as it’s placed so it’s ready for you to pick up within a day. Because of the speed of the process there is a very short window of time (15 minutes from order placement) to make changes. If you’d like to make a change to your order, please call us at 866-246-5822 or chat with us within 15 minutes of placing your order.
Also, unfortunately the pick up store location cannot be changed after you've placed your order online.
If you want to exchange or return your item(s) once you’ve picked them up in-store, you can alert a store associate and they can help you with your exchange or return. Read our Returns Policy for more info.
For items you would like to pick up, click the "Pick Up In Store" button and follow the instructions. You can choose multiple store locations for each items
When you are ready to checkout, your shopping bag will be split to show items for in-store pickup (and their locations) and items that will be shipped to your home.
After placing your order online, you will receive the following updates via emails or text messages
-“Order Confirmation” – this is to tell you your order has been placed and is being processed and prepared. (Don’t head to the store for pickup just yet!)
-“Ready for Pick Up” – this message alerts you your item(s) are ready for pick up in your local Justice store. You have 7 days to pick up your order from this time, starting when this email is sent to you. After 7 days, your in-store pickup items will be canceled and the hold on your credit card will be removed.
-“Your Order Is Waiting” – If you haven’t picked up your item(s) after 2 days, you will receive an email reminding you that you have 3 days left to pick up your item(s) in-store.
You can also find your order status – processing, ready for pickup, or complete – in the “my orders” section of your ShopJustice.com online account. Use your online account to view your order history, track your order, see details about your order, and more. If you don't have an account, sign up here.
Occasionally, after your order is placed, there may be circumstances when an item becomes unavailable to pick up in store. We do all we can to avoid this situation! If this happens, we'll search our inventory in other stores and our warehouse. If we're able to find the unavailable item(s), we'll send you an email offering you the option for free ground shipping to a store or your home, or to cancel. These options are available for 72 hours, after that time, the item(s) will be automatically canceled.
If canceled, we'd be happy to help you find an alternate item and place a new order - just give us a call!
Once you complete your in-store pickup, you will be emailed an order confirmation email showing your order receipt.
