How do duties and taxes affect my order?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are levied after your package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company, or others. Duties, value-added taxes and miscellaneous fees associated with your order are not charged by Justice and are not refundable by Justice. Rejecting an order due to any declared duties or taxes does not entitle the purchaser to a refund for the order by Justice and may not avoid the duties, value-added taxes or fees assessed by others. Please keep this information in mind when shipping to a destination outside the US.

Can I return an order to a retail store?

Items purchased from a Canadian store can only be returned to a Canadian Justice store. Items purchased from a U.S. store cannot be returned to a Canadian Justice store.

Items purchased from can be returned via mail to the Returns Center or at any U.S. retail store. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to a U.S. store with the invoice will be issued a merchandise credit certificate for the purchase price valid at any U.S. Justice Store.

The status of your order is easy to find:

  • visit the website. click on order status at the top. you may access your order status 24 hours a day and view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order with the link provided in the email. You can also check the status of any order placed online within the last 30 days. Please note that tracking availability may vary. Some orders may not have updated tracking information until the package has reached the Canadian border. You can also track your order by going to order status and providing your order number.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders shipping to Canada will be delivered via ground service only. Expedited shipping is not available for Canadian addresses.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes in Canada.

Please be aware that items shipped from the U.S. to Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points.

Where can I make an exchange?

Items purchased at a Canadian store can only be exchanged at a Canadian Justice store. Items purchased from a U.S. store cannot be exchanged at a Canadian Justice store.

Terms & Conditions for traditional gift cards only purchases

For traditional gift card only purchases, shipping and handling charges will be assessed for orders placed on the web or placed via phone orders. The chart below reflects these charges for shipping to Canada:
