Items purchased from a Canadian store can only be returned to a Canadian Justice store. Items purchased from a U.S. store cannot be returned to a Canadian Justice store.
Items purchased from shopjustice.com can be returned via mail to the Returns Center or at any U.S. retail store. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to a U.S. store with the invoice will be issued a merchandise credit certificate for the purchase price valid at any U.S. Justice Store.
The status of your order is easy to find:
- check your email. you will receive emails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
- visit the website. click on order status at the top. you may access your order status 24 hours a day and view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order with the link provided in the email. You can also check the status of any order placed online within the last 30 days. Please note that tracking availability may vary. Some orders may not have updated tracking information until the package has reached the Canadian border. You can also track your order by going to order status and providing your order number.

Items purchased at a Canadian store can only be exchanged at a Canadian Justice store. Items purchased from a U.S. store cannot be exchanged at a Canadian Justice store.
