Furniture available to ship ground only to the contiguous U.S. (cannot be sent expedited)
Furniture cannot be sent to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO locations or anywhere outside the 48 contiguous U.S. (these orders will be cancelled)
Furniture should be inspected upon receipt. Contact us with questions or concerns. Keep all packaging until you receive further direction from Customer Care.
You can track the delivery of your furniture item at UPS.com by using the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation.
Justice retail locations and Justice Factory Stores are unable to accept furniture returns. Furniture returned to our return center within 30 days of order will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Furniture returns after 30 days and up to 90 days of the delivery date will be refunded via a gift card valid for use in any of our US or Canadian retail locations or on www.shopjustice.com. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted. Return shipping fees and any insurance on shipping that you may select are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
