Methods of Return

– Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise (EXCLUDING FURNITURE) purchased through our phone/catalog, websites or an order in store may be returned to U.S. stores (including Justice and Justice Warehouse Stores) under the "Returning Items in Stores" policy (below). Items may also be returned by mail within 90 days of the original purchase date to the Return Center listed below, using the instructions below under “Free Returns With a Prepaid Label".

– Items purchased in Justice or Justice Warehouse Stores cannot be returned by mail – they must be returned to store.

– Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective Justice merchandise purchased either online or at any of our stores in the United States (including Justice and Justice Warehouse Stores) within 90 days of the original purchase date. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. A 10-day waiting period is required before customers having purchased by check will be given a refund. Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with the invoice will be issued a store credit for the purchase price. See more refund information below.

When returning items to the store please make sure you have your receipt or online invoice. To find the store location closest to you, please visit our store locator.

Items purchased in a U.S. store must be returned to a U.S. store. If you are returning items to the store you do not need to begin the return online, just make sure you bring your store receipt (for items purchased in store) or online invoice (for items purchased online).

Items purchased in a Canadian store must be returned to a Canadian store.

Justice offers free returns for online purchases shipped to the contiguous 48 United States of unwashed, unworn, or defective Justice Merchandise within 90 days of the original purchase date. Gift cards, eGift cards, and furniture are not eligible for free returns. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable.

Click here to begin the return process and generate your free return prepaid label! Note: all available items in your order must be in the shipped status before you can begin the return process.

For the fastest return process, create a separate return label for each order.

Complete the steps as prompted in the online return process. Print out the return label and carefully pack the item(s) you’re returning for each order in one package and include your printed return invoice.

Please remove any previous labels or tape from the package. Once your package is ready to be shipped, refer to the shipping carrier on the label to determine closest location. No printer? Bring your return item(s) and return email to your nearest UPS or USPS store for assistance.

For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

For USPS (U.S. Postal Service), give it to your local carrier or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.

Once your package is scanned, you will receive a return confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your return. You may also sign in to your Justice account online and view the progress of your return! Allow up to 3-5 days to receive your refund once you mail your package.

If you choose not to initiate a return online to generate a printable return label, or if your order is ineligible for our free returns offer, you must prepay postage at the point of return. Please note that we cannot accept cash on delivery packages. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued.

– When you have an original sales receipt/invoice, refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made, except where the original purchase was made online using PayPal.

– Merchandise purchased using PayPal and returned to stores with the invoice will be issued a store credit for the purchase price.

– Without an original sales receipt/invoice, we will extend a store credit for the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

– Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

– Gift receipts and exchange receipts may only be used to receive a store credit or merchandise exchange for the price indicated on the receipt.

– Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise. In the event of a return or exchange, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.

– A 10-day waiting period is required before customers having purchased by check will be given a refund.

For purchases paid for with a credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your bank.

For purchases paid for using your PayPal Account, a refund will be issued to the PayPal account you selected during the transaction.

For purchases paid with a gift card, a refund in the form of an eGift card will be sent to the email address of the purchaser on the order.

For order in store purchases paid with a gift card, cash, check or store credit, a refund in the form of an eGift card will be sent to the email address of the purchaser on the order.
