I forgot my account password, how do I reset it?

Reset your password here.

To reset your password, enter your sign-in email address, then select "forgot your password". A password reset email will be sent within 15 minutes - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

If you're attempting to sign in and the system doesn't recognize your email address, please create a new account.

If you're attempting to sign in and you no longer have access to a previously used email address, you must create a new account.

How do I create a new online account?

Tap the "account" icon at the top of the desktop or mobile screen. Once you access the sign up page:

Enter your information and birthdate. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that we ask for your birthdate. Please enter the date carefully.

If you've been approved, you'll be logged in automatically and taken back to your shopping experience.

Do I need to create a new account if I had one before Justice relaunched?

Yes, you will need to create a new account as your previous account did not transfer to the new site. But no worries - it's fast and easy! Create an account here. You won't want to miss out on the benefits:

Product reviews: Where do I find them and how do I submit one?

We love customer feedback on products and hope you do too! Our amazing Shop Justice community rates and reviews our products after buying them, and you can read their reviews on each product during your shopping experience.

To see product review star ratings and customer feedback, as well as customer questions and our answers, sign-up or sign-in to your shopjustice.com account here.


After signing-in, the star ratings are visible at the top of the product page. Select the stars and you'll see the reviews, the questions & answers and will also select to write a review or question. You will also find reviews at the very bottom of the product pages.

If you don't have an account, you'll find the reviews at the bottom of the product page, but you will not have an option to write a review or question.

How do I sign up for emails?

Sign up for ShopJustice.com promotional emails to be the first to know about special offers, coupons and free shipping - these are often subscriber-only offers! Sign up link is located at the bottom of this page - look for Stay in Touch & In Style - Subscribe Today!

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

There is an unsubscribe link in the promotional emails sent where you may select to be opted out of marketing emails.

Note that when you place an order, you will receive email updates about the order using the email address you provided.

To unsubscribe from text messages, simply reply STOP to the text you received.

Do you have printed catalogs available?
