We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Klarna. Please note that we do not accept any other methods or payment apart from those listed above.

What are the details of using Klarna as a payment method?

Can I split my payment between multiple credit cards?

No, only one credit card type per transaction may be entered; however you may enter a combination of Justice gift cards and a credit card. Note: Gift cards purchased before January 15, 2021 are no longer valid and not redeemable on shopjustice.com or anywhere Justice merchandise is sold.

How many gift cards can I apply to my order?

Multiple Justice eGift cards can be applied to any order.

Why isn't my Justice credit card accepted as a payment option?

Do you honor price matching?

No, we do not price match any other retailer.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do offer eGift cards (but not physical gift cards). You can purchase eGift Cards here. The gift card will be added to your cart and you may checkout with it as part of your order. Note: The eGift card will be sent to your email address - giving you the option to either forward it to its recipient or print it and deliver in person!

How soon will I receive the eGift card I ordered?

Immediately in most cases! If you don't see it in your email after purchasing, check your junk, spam, and promotional folders. If there is an issue with your payment, your order will be held until verified or up or 48 hours.

Are gift cards returnable?

All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. No longer need a card? Consider using it as a gift for a family or friend, or use it to purchase items to donate and brighten the life of a girl!

I have a gift card I obtained before January 15, 2021 – is it still valid?

All outstanding gift cards and merchandise credits needed to be redeemed by January 15, 2021 online or in-store, while the Justice sale and closeout event was ongoing. After that date, gift cards and merchandise credits will not be redeemable at ShopJustice.com or anywhere Justice merchandise is sold.

Do you offer gift wrap or messages?

We don't offer gift wrap or have a way for you to include a gift message in your order. Please note that if you send an order to a gift recipient, they will receive the invoice in the package they receive. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. If a recipient needs to return an item, we recommend they connect with the purchaser and work together to return the item and find the perfect item for the girl recipient!
