How do I check the status of my order?
Please be aware that ground shipping orders may take up to 4 business days to process; however it's our goal to get your package to you within 7-14 business days.
If your order contains more than one item, it may be shipped in multiple packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email for each package shipped along with a tracking link. Once the tracking information is available you may sign up for text message updates to be alerted to the status of your order. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. How can I track my order?

Once an item from your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links. Note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. If you signed up for an online account you can access your account and follow the tracking link under "Order History." Please note it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.
After you place your order, you'll also be able to sign up to receive tracking notifications via SMS. If you sign up to get those updates, you will receive all shipping updates via text, in addition to receiving them via email.
Why doesn't the tracking information on my package update?
Don't worry! Your package is still moving your way (even if the tracking doesn't update). It often takes from 24-48 hours from the time a tracking number is assigned to a package for it to activate. While it is required that packages with tracking numbers be scanned at every stop along the way from origin to destination, these scans are sometimes missed or skipped. It can be that the courier is using a malfunctioning scanner, that he forgot to scan the item or that the delivery has been interrupted for some reason. It can be that your shipment is “out for delivery” but hasn't been scanned in 14 hours or more, which causes the USPS to send an automated message at that point. If you don't receive the items after 18 business days after ordering, please contact us - we'll be glad to help!
Will my order arrive on the delivery date listed?
Delivery dates are estimates - if you don't receive your order on that exact date, your order is on its way! You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for each package sent. We recommend you follow the tracking information and sign up for SMS updates to follow the delivery progress of your order.
Can't find your package after getting a notice of delivery?
Please allow 48 hours after the carrier indicates it was delivered - there's a chance it's still in transit. We recommend you check around your entrances as carriers may place in different locations. If after 48 hours you've not received your package, please call us at 855-655-2514 or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you sort it out. If your package hasn't shown up in 48 more hours, contact us and we'll sort it out for you.
I didn't recieve my full order, when will the rest of my items arrive?
Don't worry! Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for each package sent.
Do I have to sign for my package?
Orders over $500 and any order delivered to a business address may require signatures. Sometimes a signature may be required for orders under $500, at the discretion of the carrier.

Are taxes applied on orders?
Justice honors each state's guidelines concerning sales and use tax, determined by the destination address of your shipment. Currently, we are required by law to charge tax on orders that are delivered to California, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee and Virginia; however, please note that this is subject to change determined by individual state law. Additionally, order totals at checkout reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable state, local and county taxes and will be calculated once your order is placed.
What security measures are in place for online ordering? Should I just call my order in?
Our goal is to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. Of course, we'd be happy to place your order for you, but our team also uses our online site to place orders for the same level of protection.

Who do I contact about an order placed before January 15, 2021?
The Justice brand was sold in late 2020 and held a closeout sale, which ended on January 15, 2021. Orders placed between November 13, 2020 and January 15, 2021 were Final Sale and non-returnable. To track an order placed during the closeout sale, refer to the tracking link in the shipping confirmation sent. We do not have any access to or information regarding orders placed or purchased prior to Ascena transferring ownership to us, so we are not able to help you directly. If you returned an order and were not refunded, have a standing order that you were charged for but did not receive, or have an open claim for non-delivery of goods, we suggest you contact your credit card company to discuss resolution options.
