When will you get more product and/or sizes?

Due to worldwide supply chain slowdowns and Covid-19, we are receiving our inventory more slowly than normal. What you see on is what we have at the moment – check back frequently, as we'll get more product in all the time! Find more product information here.

What sizes do you offer in your product selection?

The Justice size range is from 5/6 (XS) to 20 plus (XXL). In denim, in addition to regular and plus, slim sizes are offered. Size ranges may differ in certain categories - we recommend you check the size chart to see if the item you're looking for is available in the size you need. Tip: certain sizes sell out fast due to demand - we recommend you frequently check the new arrivals section and purchase quickly so you are able to purchase the size needed when it first arrives.

Can I cancel or change my order after submitting it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Find information about returns here.

Do you have any Justice store locations?

I have a gift card I obtained before January 15, 2021 – can I use it?

All outstanding gift cards and merchandise credits needed to be redeemed by January 15, 2021 online or in-store, while the Justice sale and closeout event was ongoing. After that date, gift cards and merchandise credits will not be redeemable at or anywhere Justice merchandise is sold.

Who do I contact about an order placed before January 15, 2021?

The Justice brand was sold in late 2020 and held a closeout sale, which ended on January 15, 2021. Orders placed between November 13, 2020 and January 15, 2021 were Final Sale and non-returnable. To track an order placed during the closeout sale, refer to the tracking link in the shipping confirmation sent. We don't have any access to information regarding orders placed prior to Ascena transferring ownership to us, so we are not able to help you directly. If you returned an order and were not refunded, have a standing order that you were charged for but did not receive, or have an open claim for non-delivery of goods, you may want to contact your credit card company to discuss resolution options.

If I return my item, when will I receive my refund?

We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items purchased from within 45 days of the order date. Refunds will be provided for items eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued. Do you or when will you ship outside the US?

Currently, Justice does not ship outside the U.S. and its territories. We are planning to expand to international shipping, so stay tuned!
