Please allow 48 hours after the carrier indicates it was delivered - there's a chance it's still in transit. We recommend you check your around your entrances as carriers may place in different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in different packages on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and/or text message for each package.
We use UPS, FedEx or a combination of UPS, FedEx and USPS. USPS is often used for the final miles to the destination.
No, we aren't able to offer multiple-address shipping within one order.
