Where does Justice ship?

Shop from our U.S. site to ship to all 50 US states and to US territories, including America Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and the U.S. Virgin Islands and to APO/FPO.


We do not ship to hotels or freight forwarders - these orders will be canceled.



Do you ship outside the US?

Justice isn't currently shipping outside the U.S. and its territories. We know girls around the world love our brand, so we're working hard to offer international shipping later this year.  Stay tuned and get all the latest information by signing up for email at the bottom of this page!

Does Justice ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, hotels or freight forwarders?

We do ship to APO/FPO. We also ship to P.O. Boxes (ground shipping only). We do not ship to hotels or freight forwarders - these orders will be canceled.

Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?

No, we aren't able to offer multiple-address shipping within one order.

What are your shipping timelines?

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped, and you may opt-in after checkout to receive text message updates about the status of your order.

We currently offer 3 shipping methods for orders: Ground Shipping (delivered within 4-8 business days), 2-Day Shipping, and Next Day Shipping. Expedited orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Ground shipping: Orders may take up to 4 business days to process. We estimate your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days. If you need an item guaranteed to deliver within a specific timeframe, we recommend you consider 2 day or next day delivery.

2-Day shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will generally be shipped out on the same day if you paid for 2-day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will generally be shipped out on the next business day (with the exception of orders placed on a Friday -those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day, if Monday is a holiday). Expedited orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will generally be shipped out on the same day if you paid for next day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will generally be shipped out on the next business day (with the exception of orders placed on a Friday -those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day, if Monday is a holiday). Expedited orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. *Note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided. Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. All shipping times are in business days.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Packages delivered by USPS might arrive on a Saturday. All other packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling charges are assessed on all orders based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

What are your shipping restrictions?

Due to the contents of some products, orders containing these products are restricted to standard ground service in the Continental U.S. only. Refer to the product description for any shipping restrictions and details.

Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship to hotels or freight forwarders.

Why doesn't the tracking information update?

It generally takes 24-48 hours from the time a tracking number is assigned to a package for it to update. It's common for there to be time frames where packages may not indicate movement. While it is required that packages with tracking numbers be scanned at every stop along the way from origin to destination, these scans are sometimes missed or skipped. It can be that the courier is using a malfunctioning scanner, that he forgot to scan the item or that the delivery has been interrupted for some reason. It can be that your shipment is “out for delivery” but hasn't been scanned in 14 hours or more, which causes the USPS to send an automated message at that point.

Can't find your package after getting a notice of delivery?

Please allow 48 hours after the carrier indicates it was delivered - there's a chance it's still in transit. We recommend you check around your entrances as carriers may place in different locations. If after 48 hours you've not received your package, please call us at 855-655-2514 or contact us via email at cs@shopjustice.com and we'll help you sort it out.

I didn't receive all the items I ordered - where are they?

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in different packages on different dates. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and/or text message for each package.

What carriers are used for delivery?

We use UPS, FedEx or a combination of UPS, FedEx and USPS. USPS is often used for the final miles to the destination.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Orders over $500 and any order delivered to a business address may require signatures. Sometimes a signature may be required for orders under $500, at the discretion of the carrier.

What is your return policy and how do I start a return?

We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you don't, we will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or unused items purchased from shopjustice.com within 45 days of the order date. Once an order has been placed it can't be cancelled or changed. Refunds will be provided for items eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Discounts given at the time of purchase will be deducted from returned merchandise refund. In the event of a return, discount will be forfeited and may not be reused. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost or postage to self-mail. The return label cost will be deducted from the refund due amount back to the customer. We reserve the right to verify the original purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation. Initiate an online return here. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color or style, we suggest returning your items and placing a new order for the product you desire as soon as possible. We don't replenish most of our items so once they are sold out, they won't come back into stock.

What items are not returnable?

Worn, used, washed and/or outside 45 days from date of purchase.

Where do I find my return number?

A return number is provided after a return has been initiated. It may be found on the Return Packing Slip that is generated with your return label and located at the top of that page.

If you are searching for an order to start a return, the best information to provide is the email address associated with the order and the order number. Below is the information options to search for an order:

How do I return or exchange an item given as a gift?

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to facilitate an exchange. Items returned will be credited against the original payment for the order. We recommend you contact the purchaser and work together to find the perfect gift for the gifted recipient. If a different size is needed, please note that our items sell out fast and are rarely replenished, so you may want to re-order quickly.

Can I return Justice items purchased from other retailers?

No, only items purchased from shopjustice.com after April 1, 2021 are eligible for returns to Justice.

What shipping areas are not eligible to use the return label?

APO/FPO and shipping outside of contiguous US cannot use our return labels (as they are FedEx ground). Please send your eligible return through a carrier of your choice to: 10846 Commerce Way, Fontana, CA 92337. All returns must be sent with prepaid postage.

How do I return without a prepaid label?

If you choose not to initiate a return online to generate a printable return label, or if your order is ineligible for our returns offer, you must prepay postage at the point of return. Please note that we cannot accept cash on delivery packages. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

When will my return be processed?

All returns are processed within 10-14 business days from the date the package is delivered to our facility. Please save your return tracking number to track your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund amount. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued.

How will I be refunded for a return?

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Can I request to have my refund issued to a different form of payment?

No. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card that is no longer active, your bank will route your funds to you accordingly. If you paid using a bank gift card, but disposed of your card, please contact us before returning your order so that we can assist you. Once a refund is processed, it cannot be recalled.

How will I receive a refund for after returning a product that I purchased through Klarna?

If you've made all 4 payments with Klarna at the time of return, you will be credited the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping label fee. If you've yet to make all 4 payments with Klarna, you will be refunded for the amount you have already paid. Klarna will update you via email about the status of your refund. How do I return an item purchased on or before November 13, 2020?

Orders placed on and after November 13, 2020 online are Final Sale with no returns. February 10, 2021 was the last day to create a return for orders placed on or before November 12, 2020.
